First Steps Staff

Parent partnerships – We actively encourage a working partnership between staff and parent/carers. First Steps recognises that parents are the first and main carers of their children, and so staff work closely with parents to reach common goals for each child. We offer an open door policy. Parents are welcome at any time. Partnerships can be enhanced by parents becoming actively involved with nursery life.
