First Steps have been absolutely fantastic with my twins from a year old until they started school. Staff are all approachable, knowledgeable and caring. I never once had to question anything. My children have learnt so much from First Steps which has massively assisted their transition into school.

My son attended First Steps from 10 months until recently when he started school. He learnt a great deal about caring, helping others, making friends and learning to read and write basics by the time he was 4! They were always very calm and caring and kept us informed. The online system is very good for quickly updating parents, sharing photos and completing those inevitable accident forms for when kids bump into things. Super seamless and very easy. Great facilities and lovely food served for lunches. A wonderful nursery!

My daughter attended this nursery/preschool from the age of one and has just moved on to Reception, where she’s already thriving! Her confidence, independence and caring nature were 100% nurtured by the team at First Steps.

She absolutely loved coming in every day and always looked forward to seeing her key workers and friends. The staff are so warm, friendly and genuinely invested in the children’s development. They provide regular updates and offer stay-and-play sessions, which gave us a lovely insight into her day-to-day experiences.

The food is excellent, communication is always clear and timely, and the environment is just so supportive. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to give our daughter the best start before school.

Both of my children have attended First Steps and been very happy here. The staff are amazing and go out of their way to make the children’s experience enjoyable. They are incredibly supportive and celebrate each child’s individual personalities and needs.

I would recommend First Steps to any family. They helped our son settle in and grow his confidence very quickly. They were flexible to his needs and he loved his time there.

My son has just left for Reception, and we couldn't recommend First Steps more. He attended from the baby room all the way up to Pre School, and all of the rooms are full of amazing people who really care about what is best for the children.

My daughter has been attending First Steps since she turned 3. She absolutely loves it and has always been very happy here. The staff are great with the children and always friendly at drop off/pick up. Communication is good and there are lots of opportunities to catch up with your child's key worker through out the year. We are looking forward to our youngest child starting soon too!

My son has been attending First Steps for a number of months and I couldn’t have asked for a better nursery. The staff are consistent, and all of them are so caring and helpful. They really care about the children and communication is good.

I could not imagine sending my children to another nursery. I have been attending the setting for the last 8 years now and my third son is making his way through to the final stages of leaving and even though it is a bitter sweet ending soon, all I know is that the staff at the nursery have always provided consistent safe and loving care to all my children. I have been fortunate enough to have the same workers looking after all of my children and you do build a relationship with them. They are respectful of your views in terms of potty training, dummies etc so that your child feels comfortable. Even though prices have rightly so had to increase I could never put a price on the excellent care my children receive and have continued to receive.
